Hovinbyen Sirkulære Oslo (HSO) is an innovation district working to make Hovinbyen a more sustainable and circular part of Oslo. We bring together property owners, businesses, researchers and the City of Oslo to identify barriers in urban development and test new ways of working.

Through our pilots, we bring together public and private actors to test new forms of collaboration and develop practices that make better use of the city’s resources.
