Propely is Norway’s leading property management software, with over 300 customers, 24 employees and 4 mUSD ARR. We have positive cash flow and EBITDA, were named Scaleup of the Year 2025 and rank ninth on Deloitte’s list of the fastest growing technology companies in Norway.

It all started in 2018 based on an initiative from the property industry itself. Today we are building the product around AI, so customers can either connect their own AI to Propely via MCP or use Propely Intelligence to simplify real workflows. This summer we signed our first major Swedish customer, which is our first step toward international expansion in 2027.
