Mia Ryan is CTO of Spir Group, responsible for technology and AI strategy across the group. She has spent more than a decade at the intersection of AI, tech and business. At Spir, she has taken teams into the agentic era, moving beyond adoption to scaling AI with measurable impact. Before Spir, she led global platforms at Schibsted-owned Lendo Group and built Redpill Linpro’s dataplatform initiative. Her proptech roots go back to Ambita, where she used property data to power AI-driven credit assessment for banks. Mia was named one of Hyperight’s Top 100 in AI and has served as Norwegian ambassador for the global organisation Women in Data Science.
