I am Co-Founder and CEO of AIMZ, where we are building the future of project financial management. At AIMZ, we make project economics simpler, smarter and more efficient by combining structured data and AI, giving construction projects better risk management, forecasting and decision-making.

I hold a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from NTNU and have broad experience from the construction industry. At Skanska and Insenti I worked as a turnkey contractor and in client-driven subcontracting, and as an independent consultant on the owner side I followed up contractors to secure project delivery. This has given me a rare understanding of the challenges and opportunities on both sides of the table. I am passionate about how leadership, combined with technology, can drive efficiency and change in organizations.
