Will finding a home become something we delegate?

Tomorrow’s homeowner will not approach housing the way previous generations did. Finances, households, values and expectations are changing - and so is the journey towards a home.

Drawing on Vend’s own AI experiments across the Nordics, Francesca Cortesi explores the gap between the disruption narrative and actual buyer behaviour. What works, what doesn’t, and will people really delegate the search for a home to an AI agent?

She looks at why housing remains deeply emotional and difficult to automate - and how AI can improve the experience without taking control away from the buyer.
