Housing is changing. Smaller households, higher expectations and growing pressure on affordability are forcing the industry to rethink what makes a good home.

At OBOS Living Lab, new ideas are tested in real life before they are scaled. Together with residents, partners and researchers, we explore what works, what doesn't, and what future housing should learn from both.

Because the future of housing shouldn't be built on assumptions. It should be built on evidence.
